Stephen Bilkis has more than 18 years of legal experience and practices with a focus on personal service for each client. He graduated in 1997 from Touro Law School. He has appeared on numerous television and news shows as a legal commentator and has been featured in the New York Post and New York Times. As an estate planning lawyer, he focuses on making estate planning, protection, and disputes clearly understood by the client. He has maintained memberships in various organizations, including the American Association for Justice, AARP Legal Services Network, and the American Prepaid Legal Institute.
David S. Dessen received his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1973. He also received a Masters of Law degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple in 1994. He has earned the recognition of “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.” He is a member of the American Prepaid Legal Services Institute and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He has extensive trial experience.
Bonnie Smith Moses earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1978. She has received recognition as a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.” She is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Couty. She is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the American Prepaid Legal Services Institute.
